At Bifold Door Store, we are committed to providing fast and reliable manufacturing and delivery times, helping you keep your project on track. Our standard lead times are:
Aluminium Bifold Doors: 15 working days
Aluminium Roof Lanterns: 10–15 working days
Aluminium Sliding Doors: 10–15 working days
Flat Rooflights: 5–10 working days
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public bank holidays.

DELIVERY AREAS AND COSTS
At Bifold Door Store, we provide free delivery across mainland England, Scotland, and Wales on all orders over £1,000.00 (including VAT). We strive to ensure the smooth delivery of your aluminium bifold doors, sliding doors, roof lanterns, and rooflights with minimal hassle and no hidden costs.
Deliveries are made using a large 18.5-tonne vehicle. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accessible for a vehicle of this size. If there are any access restrictions (such as narrow roads, low bridges, or weight limits), you must inform us prior to delivery. Failure to notify us may result in failed delivery attempts and additional charges as detailed in our Terms and Conditions.
For orders under £1,000.00, or deliveries outside the mainland UK, delivery charges may apply. Please contact our team for a personalised quotation based on your location and order size.
Free delivery is offered on the basis of a delivery date specified by Bifold Door Store. To keep our service efficient and economical, we group deliveries by area and optimise vehicle routes. As a result, customers cannot request or specify particular delivery dates. Our team will provide you with the scheduled delivery date once your order is ready for dispatch.
SHIPPING
At Bifold Door Store, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable delivery experience. We deliver all products directly to your kerbside or an agreed Delivery Location. Delivery is deemed complete once the goods are unloaded, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure there is sufficient labour available to assist with unloading. If adequate unloading support is not provided, additional redelivery charges may apply.
Delivery dates provided are estimates only and may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control, including Force Majeure Events. While we make every effort to deliver on time, we cannot be held liable for delays outside our reasonable control. Any visible damages or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to allow us to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. RETURNS
At Bifold Door Store, every product is carefully manufactured to your bespoke specifications, meaning custom-made products are non-returnable. In the unlikely event that your goods are found to be faulty, please notify us within the Warranty Period and we will inspect the goods to determine whether a repair or replacement is appropriate.
If you wish to cancel an order, please submit a written request. Cancellations may be accepted at our discretion, but charges could apply if manufacturing has already commenced. We aim to offer a fair and transparent returns and cancellations process, protecting both our customers and our production standards.
